The Acadome Student Hostel funding sources

The Acadome Student Hostel at Rongo University will be financed through a blended funding model that combines equity investment from the lead investor, Eric Kabara, bank financing and reinvestment of business income. Complementary funding will be sourced through strategic bank loans and institutional financing to accelerate construction. Profits from early rental operations and auxiliary services will be reinvested to fuel growth and sustainability, ensuring The Acadome remains a self-sustaining and scalable venture.
