The Acadome Student Hostels

The Acadome Investments is a registered Kenyan company dedicated to real estate development with a focus on student accommodation. Our flagship project, The Acadome Student Hostels, will be located strategically near a major university and will serve as a one-stop living hub for students.

The project will offer 175 shared units plus a manager’s residence, combining premium amenities with affordable rent. Integrated facilities such as a gym, fast-food restaurant, mini-mart, movie theater, business center, salon & barbershop, and bicycle/scooter rentals will diversify revenue streams, increasing profitability and resilience.
